At Ape Vaping we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to help if issues arise after you purchase from our website or stores. We will honour any genuine warranty claims but would kindly like to bring to your attention the notice below.

The following is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and distance selling regulations.

Battery and accessory warranty – 28 days

Atomisers and coil warranty – 2 days

Liquid warranty – Once opened no exchange / refund

It is important to note your product warranty will not be honoured if any on the below apply:

  • Your product is broken/damaged/cracked/bent or malfunctions due to misuse (for example dropping your e-cigarette and cracking the atomiser)
  • Over tightening of atomisers to batteries resulting in bent pins or atomisers stuck on batteries
  • Failure to follow operating instructions (firing the atomiser too soon after filling and burning it out)
  • Not using the correct equipment combinations (correct battery/ atomiser/liquid combinations).

We will always honour genuine warranty claims.

It is important to remember that electronic cigarette products do not have a typical ‘One year warranty’ like you may find with items such as a television. This is because they are a consumable product which are subjected to far more varying conditions and usage. This makes it impossible to offer the same warranty period other items may get from their manufacturer.

Please also note that according to UK law, when purchasing from our high street based shops, a consumer is not automatically entitled to a refund if they simply change their mind. If a product becomes faulty outside of our warranty period, depending on the circumstances we may offer a repair.
